Here are the reasons for an application failure:
1. Missing information or formatting issues
You’ll want to make sure that all fields are filled in and in the correct format (double check your password and birth date format).
2. Payment Cannot Be Processed Notice
If your payment fails, you have a choice to try again.
The most common reason for payment failure is when the card numbers are entered incorrectly. Please be sure that all digits match before submitting the application. If all of the numbers are correct and it still will not work, please try another card.
If you are using a business card, sometimes business cards have restrictions placed on them as to what types of purchases can be made on them. You can contact your bank and ask them to allow for this online purchase transaction with Alternative Balance. Our payment processor is through Paypal, you may need to have them allow that type of transaction.
3. Transaction blocked by FMF settings Notice
FMF means Fraud Management Filter. It is a block on your credit card that will not allow companies to process the card through Paypal (our merchant). Please first confirm that the expiration date and security code was entered correctly and if it still doesn't work please use a different card to pay online that doesn't have these settings.
