Here are the reasons for an application failure:
1. Missing information or formatting issues
First check that all of the "*Mandatory fields" are completed. All fields must be filled in or it will prevent you from continuing.
2. Payment Cannot Be Processed Notice
If your payment fails, you have a choice to try again.
The most common reason for payment failure is when the card numbers are entered incorrectly. Please be sure that all digits match before submitting the application. If all of the numbers are correct and it still will not work, please try another card.

3. Transaction blocked by FMF settings Notice
Please first confirm that the expiration date and security code was entered correctly and if it still doesn't work, there could be a block on your card preventing you from using it with certain merchants. If it is still not processing, please try using a different card.
