This approach keeps rates steady and reduces the impact across the board. For example, massage therapists won’t pay for an increase in claims in the pole fitness industry, and vice versa.

• Take extra precautions in your work.
• Pay attention to the cleanliness of your work space.
• Put extra effort into creating and administering safety briefings and instructions, especially for new clients.
